Professional Bio:
Amanda Schmoldt, CCMP, has more than two decades of experience in organizational change management, human resources, communications, and organizational effectiveness. She has been a member of the ACMP board of directors since 2019, having previously held positions such as ACMP Conference Chair, a member of the FY2020 Strategy Task Force, a member of the CSNE Committee, and president of ACMP Texas.
Currently, Amanda serves as head of change management for RS Amercias. In her current role, she leads a team that is dedicated to building enterprise change capabilities and supporting the people side of the company’s change and transformation efforts. Before joining RS Americas, Amanda held various leadership roles at HALO, Neiman Marcus Group, USAA, Caterpillar, Archer Daniels Midland, and the State of Illinois. She also spent time as an independent consultant focused on organizational develop, change management and Human Resources. She lives in San Antonio, Texas.
