Brenda is a proven leader with exceptional teambuilding, communication and facilitation skills. She brings a diverse background of experiences where she has successfully demonstrated her analytical, fiscal, communication, information technology and problem solving abilities. In addition to her expertise in enterprise resource planning implementations, Brenda has significant international business, program management and organizational strategy experience. She is quick to grasp characteristics of an organization and to identify problems, conflicts and solutions. She is recognized as a ‘go-to’ person for implementing quick, effective and lasting change initiatives. Brenda has been working in large and complex organizations in utilities, government, and/or higher education, in both unionized and non-unionized settings, for more than 32 years. She founded the Navigator Management Partners Organizational Change Leadership Practice in 2007 and led it through 2011. She is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and a recognized expert in Change Management Office (CMO) design/launch and Agile Organizational Change Management.
