My motivator is to help - I enjoy helping people and organisations, whether that is a manager with a conflict, organisation in transition or individual picking out the right pair of shoes - I like to help! Living and working in different cultures and working in a variety of industries and sectors has enabled me to have a keen sense of commercial awareness. I prefer to partner with the business and using a collaborative, consultative and coaching approach to achieve business objectives. I have created a new change management leadership model that has been published in a number of journals and presented at conferences.
