Erin Shannon-Auel has over 20 years’ experience as a Change Strategy Advisor. During that time, she created an internal consulting organization, held leadership roles in five M&A's, and has been a trusted advisor to C-level executives in both large and small companies. Throughout, she has had the opportunity to incorporate her passion for mentoring others on business transformation.
Erin is experienced in using the Conner Partners' change execution methodology. She is certified as a Prosci Instructor and Facilitator, a Prosci Change Practitioner and in the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools.
Erin has a solid history of delivering on her commitments in an accountable and ethical manner. Her strengths in recognizing and maximizing other people's strengths and unique qualities have resulted in the creation of superb, high-endurance teams that have a tremendous impact across the corporation.
