Professional Bio:
As a Change consultant that started out in Accenture before moving in-house, I have supported companies across multiple industries in their transformation and growth agenda. I have managed the transitions required for organisations to improve their supply chain process, move to a target operating model, set up their new operations, bring in a new technology and increase employee engagement. Projects I have been on are in both private and public sector with clients from the Insurance, Finance, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare industry. My work is often global or regional and I have lived in Africa, Europe and Asia.

Social & Volunteer Organizations:
I am also the Executive Director of a not-for-profit professional association for APAC Risk & Insurance Management professionals. This association aims to develop and strengthen the understanding and practices of risk management across APAC given that APAC is the region with the higest risks. Topics we deal with include cyber security, natural catastrophe, future of work and digital transformation, business interruption, reputation, crisis management, business continuity, sustainability, enterprise risk management etc.
