Professional Bio:
I am a Senior Management Consultant and Certified Change Manager with experience in Change Management and Organizational and Management Development. My assignments involve Change Management (Strategic, Tactic and Operational), Organizational Development Support (including Design and Facilitation of Workshops and Change Conferences, 15 - 200 participants), Leadership Development programs and Management Coaching (including Change Project Management Coaching). With over ten years of experience in Change management projects, roughly 30 Leadership Development Programs and Management Team Development Programs as well as several Large group conferences I believe I have the overall experience needed to support Change projects on all levels. I also developed the web site LedaForandring.se (Leading Change, only in Swedish) to help Managers and Project Managers with their Change Projects. The site presents some of the successful guidelines and strategies for Change projects that involve changing peoples minds or ways, and includes links to articles from Harvard, MIT and other authorities in the field. In addition I am a highly experienced Project Manager (since 1996) with experience from several business sectors. I have worked in projects related to Change Management, Research Collaboration, IT System Analysis, System and Product Development, Refurbishing, Industrial Designer Collaboration and Quality Assurance.
