I've led people-side strategy on Fortune 100 transformations at Nike, Intel, PwC, Sony, Costco, Johnson & Johnson, Kaiser Permanente, Nestle, HP, McAfee, Universal, PG&E, Stanford, and others. ERP rollouts. M&A integrations. Restructures. AI deployments. Operating model redesigns. The full catalogue of changes that look clean on a slide and get messy the moment they meet actual humans. Prosci certified. I'm the kind of practitioner who's watched brilliant strategies die because someone got the narrative wrong, and watched mediocre strategies succeed because someone got it right.
