Professional Bio:
I became a certified executive coach following over 20 years of various staff, leadership and Board roles with national health care nonprofits in the DC Metro area. I also worked for Accenture as a Manager in Health and Public Service in a change management role and provided executive leadership coaching for Accenture employees and clients.
I am currently an organizational change management professional and leadership coach for a financial budgeting, management, and accounting replacement project for Penn State. One area I am focusing on is leadership coaching for managers involved with the change project.
