Professional Bio:
I am a Change Management Practitioner specializing in employee engagement and adoption for large-scale transformations. I've spent over two years on an end-to-end digital transformation as part of the internal Change Management team on a project titled Business Lending Transformation and have transitioned to other similar projects in the project management organization to provide strategy recommendations and tools for sound CM execution. Additionally, I've designed and delivered change agility training (e-learning and webinar-based) for ICs through Executives to upskill the organization and move toward a culture that is more flexible and adept with change.
