Larry is the Founder of Rali Solutions. The Rali Change Experience Platform (CxP) activates behavior change that drives lasting, measurable, and scalable performance improvement for teams and the organization. Rali provides interactive communications and media along with structured change journeys from leading experts. Rali analytics provides deep actionable insights to ensure success. As part of his role at Rali, Larry provides strategic change consulting that assists organizations to successfully initiate, scale, and sustain C-level sponsored change initiatives. He is currently working on a new model to measure, predict, and improve the success of change initiatives.
Prior to founding Rali, Larry served as Chief Learning Officer for the Cellular Division at Motorola Inc., The American Express Company, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. As part of his CLO role, Larry had responsibility for change management. In this role he personally led major initiatives, developed methods and tools, and built change capability across the company.
Larry started his career as an engineer in communications systems research, product development, and engineering management at Motorola, Inc. He moved to a leadership role driving the company’s adoption of six-sigma and continuous improvement methods and tools. His combination of systems thinking, continuous improvement, learning, strategy, and business leadership experiences make for a unique and holistic approach to change.
