Professional Bio:
Eric is a Senior Change Management Specialist who just completed a 3- year assignment for the largest Petrochemical Company of the world, located in Saudi Arabia. Just before, and for 8 years, he was the Global Change Management Director for a Swiss chemical company where he implemented an ambitious IT marketing plan to facilitate the change of all IT activities. Eric was also responsible of a 5-year global SAP implementation change program. Previously, he has been working as a Senior Consultant for IBM Canada (PwC Consulting) in the Learning & Change practice. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in large global transformation and cultural initiatives and complex reengineering projects. He hold a Post-Graduate and Master Degree in International Relations from La Sorbonne University in Paris and Cornell University in New York, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Éric is also the president of Miyagi, consulting firm located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
