Head of Transformation for Cloud, Data & DX for the Western Europe at Fujitsu, one of the top global technology services providers.
Managing partner of White Fountain, a business transformation consultancy and 4theChange, an international change management practice. He is coordinator and teaching assistant at Universidade Europeia in Lisbon, Portugal.
Pedro received his diploma from Glion Institute of Higher Education, in Switzerland, and also passed several international certifications in behavioural change, the last one on the sales methodology Challenger from Gartner. He also recently completed his certification as a SAFe 5 Agilist.
Previously held several business management positions in multinational companies becoming country manager (eBay, T-Online), then decided to move to the behavioral change area, where he also became an international leader within his own company as well as others during 15+ years. His last two Learning and Development positions were the development of all managers and later all sales teams and leaders in Europe with Fujitsu, before occupying his current positions in Change Management and Transformation.
