A blend of creativity and analytics/methodology, I have an educational background in both criminal justice/sociology as well as photography. Previously serving as the "boots on the ground" as a photographer and retouching artist, I now offer a unique perspective on leadership. I believe in hiring good people and getting out of their way so they can flourish. My direct reports know I have their back and am their number one cheerleader. I am there to remove barriers for them and get everyone to their goals on time and on budget. At the height of the pandemic in 2020, I was given the opportunity to switch gears and stand up a Change Management Office at QVC. This amazing opportunity ultimately led me to Cisco where I am proud to work now managing transformational initiatives in technology automation and career development and learning.
