Professional Bio:
Sandra (Sandi) Stewart, MBA, MCC is an executive, team and group coach with her firm SLS Coaching & Consulting that she launched in 1999. She is an instructor of coaching for the ACTP coaching program, Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance delivered at American University, Rutgers University and North Carolina State University. She is an author of Building the Core Competencies of Change: A Guide to Coaching in Organizations. And she has served on the ICF Independent Review Board investigating and adjudicating worldwide ethics complaints for ICF and been a participant in the ethics code update and review processes.
Sandi has her MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Colgate University and spent a number of years working in strategy and marketing for Fortune 500 companies as well working as an independent organizational management consultant for private and non-profit organizations. She was Adjunct Professor of Leadership Development at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Her next book project is to contribute to an academic book on building organizational coaching culture.
