Professional Bio:
Marcelo Manucci is a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and training in Systemic Therapy and Psychodrama. For more than ten years, he worked as a consultant and academic in America and Europe, specializing in Change Management and Strategy of Organizational Development. Manucci is a recognized author in Spanish-speaking countries, wrote seven books, and co-authored another eight in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. As a researcher, he has delved into Quantum Physics, Chaos Theory, Systems Thinking, Complexity, and the Neurobiology of emotions. From this framework, he has been a pioneer in the Spanish language in addressing social contexts change, instability, and change in processes design in human systems.
