Professional Bio:
Kimberly Wadleigh brings a wealth experience in leading organizational and transformational change. She has spent over 35 years in the Electric Utility industry working in the areas of Information Technology, Customer Service and Operations. She has held executive positions in Transmission and Distribution, IT and Customer Operations and Smart Grid Strategy. Her experience ranges from leading transformations in storm management, performing business analysis for potential business acquisitions and post-merger integrations, and consulting for a large Grid Modernization Project including coordinating facilitation of a multi-utility contract negotiation for smart meters. In 2018 she began working for Tampa Electric where she held the position of Change Enablement Lead for several projects including Advanced Meter Infrastructure, Advanced Distribution Management System and Lighting. Most recently Kim has taken the lead role in standing up an Enterprise Change Enablement department and structure within the business. In Kim’s free time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering and supporting various fundraising activities for her grandchildren’s extra-curricular pursuits.
