Rochelle Richardson has over 25 years of experience in a variety of technology related roles,
with deep experience enabling growth and driving digital transformation. She is currently a consultant working with Claria Partners helping companies improve team dynamics, drive organizational transformation and implement change management strategies.
Rochelle’s passion is leading change by bringing people, process, and technology together.
Utilizing industry standard methodologies such as lean six sigma, with a focus on team and
leadership development, she ensures changes made have buy-in from the core teams needed
to sustain the gains.
Rochelle is a certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt and is certified in change management.
She has been a guest lecturer for 5 years at Rochester Institute of Technology and she has
been on the boards of many LGBTQ not-for-profits in Rochester NY.
When not thinking about how to drive change, Rochelle spends time with her wife and dog
exploring their “new” hometown, Boston. They also try to get to Provincetown on Cape Cod
every sunny weekend they can.
