I am a Prosci certified change management practitioner, creating and delivering change management programs specific to the client’s needs, running concurrently with a Cayuse implementation, bringing other stakeholders on board with change so that our client’s software user adoption is ultimately successful and valuable.
I am a consultant, and my role is centered around a strategic partnership with Cayuse, a research administration management software, to assist with the implementation (or modernization) of the Cayuse software at universities. I assist our higher-education clients with form building and system customization. Additionally, I develop SOP documentation for the new Cayuse system, tying in the client’s current processes and providing instructions on how to use the program. This is an opportune time to review, refine, and streamline the client’s current processes so that they mesh well with their new Cayuse product. I couple the SOPs with various types of training for users to maximize the value of the SOPs,
