Recently I have established Exact Changes Consulting LLC. It is a brand of consulting that is resourceful, creative, pragmatic and known to be quick to own the strategy. Change ROI is the lens through which I lead. My business acumen – built by working with all functions – has fueled my success in building requirements for products and transformation initiatives. I am adept at building strong teams that ensure each member’s time to shine. As an innovator, I have pioneered six out of my last seven roles, in so doing operationalized strategic change initiatives. Currently, I am adapting my methodology on leading change management for AI initiatives.
The proudest moment of my life was carrying my 5-month-old to my MBA graduation ceremony. For the last 20 years I have made more lateral than upward moves as to not overburden my motherhood. Hence my resume has unique and rich experience since I worked for top tiered companies with top tiered consultants albeit often being over-qualified for the role.
