Professional Bio:
Shana Ring is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is President of Destination Leadership and Founder of her flagship EXPEDITION Coaching Program. Shana is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Level 1 & 2 in The S.A.F.E.T.Y. Assessment through the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership. Prior to launching Destination Leadership, Shana worked at SaskPower for 14 years leading and designing culture change initiatives and integrating a change leadership mindset into all development programs. Her coaching programs are accredited by the ICF and meet the rigorous and robust Level 1 ICF accreditation standards and requirements. The programs include Leadership Coaching Skills, Certified Leadership Coach Training, Mindfulness Coaching, and Advanced Conversations in Leadership Coaching incorporating principles of positive psychology, change principles, appreciative inquiry, psychological safety, and brain-based leadership. Destination Leadership imagines a world where every conversation has the potential to engage, empower and inspire forward action with people at all levels during times of rapid change. Developing leaders with a coaching mindset is our passion and holding humans capable is our purpose!
