I've led an exciting 20-year career in the tech sector where I've been driving large scale transformation efforts in Sales, Product, and Marketing for agile organizations. As a Product Marketing leader and Change Agent, I've enjoyed helping organizations navigate changes including new regulations, tech advancements, making product operations more efficient and streamlining go-to-market processes.
My passion lies in bringing together cross-functional teams, establishing strong frameworks, leading strategic initiatives, fostering continuous improvement, and driving adoption. Product Marketing often serves as the cross-functional backbone during major changes, possessing the essential skills and connections to drive success. Throughout my career, I've been a catalyst for change, instinctively drawn to and often leading strategic initiatives. My "aha" moment came when I discovered Change Management; it gave a name to the work I’ve been most passionate about, illuminating my true calling. This pivot away from Product Marketing is both exciting and challenging, but it feels like the right path for me.
