Mr. Caldwell is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner with 10 years of consulting experience. He has deep cross-functional experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy, Implementation Readiness Support, Communications, and Training in support of large-scale technology transformation projects. As a National Urban Fellow, Mr. Caldwell holds a MPA from Baruch – CUNY and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Morehouse College.
