Professional Bio:
For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of providing strategic consulting services to public and private sector clients, as well as First Nations organizations throughout Atlantic Canada, and across the country. Before joining Grant Thornton in 2008, I led a variety of small- and large-scale transformation initiatives within the Nova Scotia public sector and was also a partner in a leading national talent management firm.
Today, I leverage those collective experiences to oversee our firm’s business consulting solutions across the country. Over the past few years, my primary focus has been delivering a range of people, culture and change solutions—everything from culture assessments, recruitment, human resource strategy, total rewards, and outsourced HR support.
