With over 15 years of experience spanning nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors, Adam has designed and led large-scale transformations, including the launch of organizational strategies, operating models, and communication plans for organizations with workforces exceeding 100, 000+ employees. Adam enjoys collaborating with executives to distill complex changes and decisions into clear, compelling messages that engage and resonate with diverse audiences.
Adam founded H Street Consulting LLC with the goal of helping organizations make complicated changes easier through effective strategic planning, communications, and tailored change management programs. Adam is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and holds additional certifications in Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U and Facilitation and Coaching from Deloitte.
