With a career beginning in Finance/Administration, I've worked for the last 15 years in Northern Alberta in Oil and Gas, progressing through a continuous improvement journey to find that Change Management is my niche. For the last few years, I've worked in the Elk Valley as a Change Management professional for a global mining company. I am passionate about ensuring initiatives and projects being implemented so that the people who are dealing with the change when everyone walks away are set up for success and sustainability. It is important to me to not only coach and work with front line staff, but to guide and coach both middle and upper-level managers so that everyone involved is engaged appropriately.
