Professional Bio:
I am currently an Assistant Professor/Lecturer of Business
Administration at the University of Jordan.
My doctoral dissertation – under the supervision of Professor Julian Randall- was conducted in the
Jordanian Banking Industry using qualitative methods to investigate the role of internal change
agents as boundary spanners during change time. My research has revealed important insights into
human agency by exploring cultural, social, and psychological properties in addition to human
relations and networks and their impact on the transformation of the organization rather than just
studying the structure as predetermined rules or practices. Also, I shed light on female
emancipation since they have had the opportunity of spanning previous social and taken for-
granted boundaries. My unique contribution was original as no other similar studies in Jordan nor
in the Arab World has been conducted in this area. I’ve completed my PhD degree requirements
in Feb 2021.
