As Senior Advisor Transformation PM, Sharon provides support and capacity building in areas of change management. Sharon has over fifteen years of experience in the education and nonprofit sector, with a focus on parent and community engagement in public schools, community organizing, leadership training, strategic planning and organizational development. Prior to working at Dell, Sharon worked as a program coordinator and an organizational development manager where she provided professional development for school staff and strategic planning for various organizations. Sharon also worked as the director of the youth and young adult development program for an international non-profit organization. During her service, she implemented several programs to foster leadership development for ages 6-25, synthesized best practices across international lines and implemented sustainable fiscal improvement policies. Sharon holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Sharon is the co-author of two books and a founding partner of the Water’s Edge Network LLC an organization committed to helping others explore their inner strength and take the plunge into unlocking their true potential.
