Dr. Trisha Callella is a Chief Innovation and Learning Officer and cross-sector executive whose work integrates emerging technologies, organizational leadership, the science of learning, change management, and human-centered design. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership and psychology from USC focused on how people learn, has authored and published 54 books, and serves on the SXSW EDU Advisory Board. A former CEO of an EdTech research company that was acquired, she has mentored and served in advisory roles with dozens of technology companies. Her leadership spans education, technology, healthcare, global corporations, and international nonprofit organizations. At Digital Promise, she led the research, product development, and global implementation of the Learner Variability Project and technology product certifications. She has also supported responsible AI implementation across 38 educational systems and led leadership development and organizational learning in more than 27 organizations. As a global keynote speaker and workshop leader, she has presented on emerging technologies, organizational leadership, and human-centered AI in seven countries, including Japan, Israel, Canada, Mexico, and Nigeria. She has numerous advanced certifications beyond her doctoral degree, including CPACC, UX Specialist, Advanced AI Practitioner certifications, and both CCMP and MCMP.
