Professional Bio:
Are you ready to make shift happen?
Here's what I keep seeing: organizations launch change efforts with credible plans, disciplined execution, and clear communication — and most of the people inside them still don't believe it will hold. In our diagnostic work with more than 1, 200 leaders, fewer than three in ten expected their change effort to succeed.
That gap is where I've spent my career. I co-founded Inflection Point Leadership because change is what happens, but shift — the human experience the change sets off — is what determines whether it sticks. Most change efforts fail at reading what people actually need, when they need it.
We built the Shift Leadership™ Model to close that gap: a diagnostic discipline that helps leaders read what's driving the friction in a shift — across interpretation, transition, conditions, and how people are showing up — and respond with the move that fits the moment, instead of the move that feels familiar.
In 25+ years as an organization and talent consultant, an HR executive, and a business line leader, I've learned that every organization (and every person inside it) hits inflection points where incremental change is no longer enough.
We help organizations and their leaders read the shift accurately, make the next useful move, and build the in-house discipline to keep doing it after we leave.
The gap between managing the plan and leading the shift is, increasingly, where the real work of leadership lives. That's the work we do.
