I am a Senior Learning and Development Program Manager with over a decade of experience leading global, enterprise-level training and change initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations, including GE, Apple, and P&G. My work focuses on aligning learning strategies with organizational transformation, supporting culture shifts, workforce reskilling, and leadership development.
With a strong foundation in project and change management, I’ve led the end-to-end delivery of 100+ blended learning programs and supported cross-functional stakeholder alignment during periods of rapid growth, restructuring, and global disruption.
