A qualified and experienced organisational development (CIPD) and change management practitioner (APMG), agile programme manager (APMG), and leadership and career coach (ICF), Sarah draws on a wide toolkit, using frameworks like Lumina, MBTI, Spectiv 360, and Lencioni, to deliver practical, tailored development support. She has worked across a wide variety of industries, with experience in e-commerce, engineering and education.
