Professional Bio:
I am a senior leader who has spent over two decades enabling transformation across strategy, organization and people systems.
Throughout my career, I have combined analytical rigor with human-centered leadership - balancing the challenger who questions the status quo with the nurturer who enables people and systems to evolve.
In my current role as Head of Change Management in Sisecam, I lead transformation programs across 14 countries and 23000 employees. I design and execute strategies that align operating models, leadership behaviors and employee experiences with business strategy, using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, design thinking and enterprise capability modelling.
Previously, at Turkcell, I managed digital transformation, agile organization design, and workforce governance initiatives that redefined how the company attracted, developed and engaged its talent. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how organization design, talent strategy, culture and analytics must work together to achieve sustainable performance.
