I am a seasoned Instructional Designer and change-focused learning professional with nearly 14 years of experience at AdventHealth, supporting large-scale enterprise transformations across healthcare systems. Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful training solutions that enable adoption of complex technologies across HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
For over a decade, I have traveled extensively to AdventHealth hospitals nationwide, leading end-to-end training and implementation efforts for enterprise software rollouts - helping diverse teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and consistency. Most recently, I played a key role in the systemwide Workday implementation, supporting a simultaneous go-live across the organization. My work included preparing leaders and team members through thoughtful change readiness, learning design, and hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition at scale.
