In her current role, DaKenya is helping stand up a Change Management & Employee Experience function designed to support enterprise-wide transformation, cross-functional decision-making, process discipline, and operational consistency. She brings a practical leadership lens to change management, connecting regulatory requirements, business operations, stakeholder experience, and implementation readiness.
