I am a senior change management consultant with extensive experience leading people-side change across complex business transformation, ERP implementation and operating model change. I have worked across both private sector organisations and higher education, supporting diverse stakeholder groups through change in complex and fast-moving environments. I am a Prosci-certified change practitioner, with experience applying structured change management approaches across large-scale programmes. My work includes change strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change champion networks, business readiness and benefits adoption.
