Andrea Loveridge leads Organizational Change Management and Enablement for SAP’s Global Customer Support organization, where she drives large-scale transformation across a global team spanning North America, Europe, and Brazil. She specializes in turning big strategies into something people understand, adopt, and (occasionally) even appreciate. Under Andrea’s leadership, her team has delivered multiple successful, change-enabled AI solution launches, developed compelling persona-focused narrative campaigns and built SAP’s most mature change management blueprint. Outside of work, Andrea is unapologetically nerdy. She loves Star Wars, Dungeons & Dragons, video games, and romantasy; anything with high stakes, good worldbuilding, and at least one morally questionable character arc. It turns out those skills translate surprisingly well to corporate transformation. She’s also a mom to her son and the devoted human to a deeply spoiled pug who runs the household with minimal resistance. Between leading global change and managing chaos at home, she’s very comfortable operating in complex systems.
