Carrie Moore is the founder of Groundswell Transformations LLC, a consulting practice that helps organizations and the people inside them navigate AI-driven change while preserving what makes them distinct. With more than 20 years leading enterprise transformations—including roles at Huron Consulting Group and Collaborative Solutions/Cognizant—she has guided higher education and healthcare institutions through complex technology adoptions, always centering the people affected by change.
Carrie holds change management certifications through Prosci, APMG, and Kotter, and is a Workday-certified consultant. She earned her MPS in Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation from Penn State and her BBA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton). She currently serves as adjunct faculty at Penn State's College of Information Sciences and Technology, teaching Enterprise Security, Risk Analysis, and Cybersecurity Project Management.
